Dr. Harley captures their travels primarily with video which he edits himself. He does not make travelogs but rather highlights the nature experience which is
possible for the average traveler without the advantage of blinds, or weeks or months at a location waiting for the perfect weather or behavior. |
Dr Harley has some footage in the permanent exhibit at the African Hall at the California Academy of Sciences. He was one of 9 photographers displaying at a 4 month exhibit of "Photography at the Poles" in the Ordover Gallery at the San Diego Natural History Museum in 2008. For the past 2 years he has used the
LUMIX FZ-2500 camera. A significant portion of the footage of animals in the wild on the 72 Cutest Animals series on Netflix is Dr Harley's. |
