This includes both rockhopper and megallanic penguins, striated caracara, black-browed albatross, cormorants and other
shore birds. This concludes our Lindblad/National Geographic trip to Antarctica-South Georgia and the Falklands.

A 32 minute video continuing the trip from the Antarctic peninsula to the natural highlights of South Georgia Island.
Blessed with good weather we were able to make all the scheduled landings. Good times were had by all.
This is from a Lindblad/National Geographic trip to the Antarctic Peninsula this February. Our third time but the first time getting far enough south to cross the Antarctic Circle. There were many highlights but having our niece Jamee with us was special. I feel she
added to the enjoyment of the trip for both passengers and staff.
This is mostly in Tasmania with JoAnn having feeding encounters with most of the exotic species both in the wild
and in sanctuaries. One fantastic day with Craig Williams of Pepper Bush Adventures for a full 11 hours. He is a very pleasant fellow with total knowledge of the flora and fauna. His family is now 7th generation and he has been caring for his wilderness area as a nature reserve. His closest neighbors are miles away. The day was a private experience for us including a wonderful meal he cooked at his reserve followed by watching all the nocturnal critters come out as darkness arrived. A dozen or more Quolls, wombats, possum, what seemed like herds of wallaby and a half dozen tauny frog mouth birds.
The Lindblad ships video chronicle had people, interviews, history and ship life. From me all you get is nature and wildlife. Lots of
amazing coral, orangutans, Komodo dragans etc.
A few days in Singapore before our Lindblad/National Geographic trip through Indonesia. We stayed at the Fullerton Bay Hotel
and had a view across the water to the twice evening light show from our rooms balcony.
This is a 7+ minute video of select snorkel footage from my GO PRO camera from our May 2015
Lindblad/National Geographic trip aboard the National Geographic Orion. We snorkelers had many long hours in these beautiful waters while the SCUBA folks aboard were able to make at least 8 dives. With the clear water and relatively shallow reefs I feel the snorkel experience may actually be as good or better than SCUBA since we spend significantly more time in the water. Free diving to 30-40 feet lets you do it all.
Another lovely Lindblad/National Geographic trip to exotic places. This video is heavy with underwater
snorkeling footage with my go pro and shows just how much one can see without scuba gear if the location is right with healthy corals and when it has not been" fished out".
This is a 32 minute video of the wildlife of S. Africa and Madagascar as seen on our recent trip with Lindblad Expeditions.
Stay tuned for the follow up trip to the Seychelles which should be posted within a week or so. Be sure you click on the HD setting to play the video.
We recently spent a day in a California State Parks cabin at the Steep Ravine site north of San Francisco. Along with great ocean views
was a wonderful opportunity to observe and photograph humming birds. A few days later we spent a day in Yosemite so I have included some scenery and wildlife from there as well. The first time we have seen a bobcat there and it was even chased by a coyote. Happy Holidays! I have taken excerpts from twenty some videos of the South America trip with Lindblad/National Geographic which highlight the nature and wildlife aspects and combined them into this 36 min. video. The cities, people, Estancias, markets, etc. are still available on the other short videos. Here you will see birds, Right Whales, Tamandua, Capybara, Iguazu and Kaieteur Falls, Torres de Paine, Cape Horn, leaf cutting ants and other wonders. This is a Lindblad-National Geographic trip in the Canadian Arctic reaching as far North as 79.01 degrees North Latitude.
It is the first video using the new Lumix DMC-FZ1000 camera.
This video is something new I am trying out. I have looked through some of my old footage and selected out some fun or unusual
scenes and put them together as a collage from all over the world. Things jump around with no rhyme or reason but it is all wildlife. Lots of big cats, grizzly and polar bears, whales and dolphins, Africa, the Poles, and places in between. If people like this I will go through more trips and do it again. If there are any questions as to critters or locations just send me an e-mail and I will try to answer.
Humpback whales, Commersons dolphins, sea birds and sea lions
